Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Meet n Greet Worldwide platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, companions (service providers), and any other users of the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Meet n Greet Worldwide connects individuals ("Clients") seeking paid social companionship and chaperoning services with verified independent service providers ("Companions"). The Platform is a marketplace only — we do not employ Companions and are not a party to any arrangement agreed between Clients and Companions. All services are strictly non-romantic and non-sexual in nature.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Companions must be at least 19 years of age and successfully complete our background verification process before any listings are published. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@meetngreetww.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the safety of other users.

5. Fees, Payments & Wallet

Clients pay through the in-platform wallet. A platform service fee of 15% is added to each booking, plus applicable HST (13% in Ontario). Companion earnings are held in escrow and released following successful OTP verification at the start of a session. Payouts are processed via direct deposit within 3–5 business days after a completed booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before a booking start time for a full refund to their wallet. Cancellations within 24 hours but more than 2 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Companions who cancel confirmed bookings may receive a strike on their account.

7. Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to impersonate any person or entity, to attempt to extract personal contact information outside the Platform, or to solicit or accept services of a sexual nature. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. Verification & Safety

Companions undergo government ID verification, background checks, and a selfie-matching process before their listings are published. However, Meet n Greet Worldwide does not guarantee the accuracy of verification results or the conduct of any user. Clients and Companions should exercise their own judgment and meet in public places, particularly for initial engagements.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform are the property of Meet n Greet Worldwide Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet n Greet Worldwide Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
